How did care farming develop in different countries?

A University of Wageningen graduate, Yvette Buist, recently produced an (in my eyes) outstanding report on the history and determining factors of the birth and growth of Care Farming in several countries, including Flanders, the United Kingdom, Norway and the state of Montana (USA).
